Job Description As a Tech Solns. Arch. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in IT Outsourcing and Managed Services - Experience in creating infrastructure outsourcing solutions and cost models - Technical thought leadership and excellent communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - ITIL Foundation Certification required, ITIL Intermediate Service Strategy or Service Design preferred - Industry recognized technical certifications in end user services recommended You should possess technical expertise in end user services domains like Service Desk, Field Services, Endpoint management, messaging and collaboration, desktop engineering, and asset lifecycle management services.
