Tech Maintenance Assistant

What you will doThe Technical Maintenance Assistant will be reporting directly to the Field Line Manager HVAC Aftermarket. As part of the HVAC Aftermarket team you will be based in Abu Dhabi and will assist the Technical team in the installation, servicing, repair and preventative maintenance of refrigeration systems and equipment including centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, pumps and heat exchangers.How you will do itAs a Technical Maintenance Assistant you will focus on maintenance and repair within set timeframes and according to defined processes, service agreements and customer needs. You will conduct planned site/customer visits and resolve customer requests/calls as dispatched. You will develop positive customer relationships, ensuring proactive feedback and documentation of the customer’s equipment and systems status and work completed.What we look forRequiredGood product knowledge and overall system understandingMinimum 3 years experienceHigh school education with a 2‑year Air Conditioning and refrigeration trade certificateKnowledge in servicing and maintenance of cooling towers, pumps and heat exchangersTechnical knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly chillers, brazing, vacuum and pressure testingAbility to read and understand electrical single‑line diagrams of HVAC systemsDocument work completed clearly and concisely and promptly submit service reportsEnsure compliance with environmental and industry regulations where requiredIn addition to the abovementioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be defined individuallyFluent language skills in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
