Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Team Leader to lead a client-facing sales team within a professional serviced offices and coworking environment. The role focuses on sales performance, client experience, team leadership, and operational excellence.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in ONE of the following industries (Real Estate, Sales Automotive, Sales Pharmaceutical ,Sales Hospitality, Luxury Retail Brands )Previous experience in a team leader, supervisor, or senior sales role is preferred.Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Customer-focused, professional, and confident personality.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Experience using CRM systems (billing knowledge is a plus).Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and support the team to achieve sales and service targets.Manage office, virtual office, and coworking enquiries from lead to closure.Conduct client tours, presentations, and service demonstrations.Follow up on all enquiries and maintain accurate CRM records.Support client onboarding, welcome calls, and ongoing client success meetings.Build strong client relationships and ensure all client enquiries are handled within 24 hours.Drive client retention, renewals, upselling, and subscription growth.Ensure high standards of office presentation and customer experience.Support accurate billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance support.Attend networking events and support community-building initiatives.Report regularly to management on performance and results.#J-18808-Ljbffr
