Team Leader – Site Operations

OverviewWe are hiring multiple dedicated Team Leaders – Site Operations to oversee daily technical works at multiple sites across our service portfolio. These individuals will play a crucial role in managing frontline technicians, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring timely execution of maintenance and project tasks. Reporting directly to the Junior Technical Engineer or Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising diverse categories of technicians (MEP, civil, handyman, etc.), allocating tasks, inspecting work quality, and preparing daily reports.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise technician teams on assigned sites or project locationsAllocate tasks based on daily schedules and ensure timely completionCoordinate with engineers for work plans, site instructions, and updatesMonitor technician attendance, productivity, and material usageConduct daily inspections and escalate issues when neededMaintain basic site records, photos, and job completion notesSubmit daily/weekly updates using MS Excel and standard templatesEnsure team compliance with HSE standards and client site rulesAssist in snag rectification, minor fit-outs, or ad-hoc assignments as neededQualifications3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in facility maintenance, project execution, or site supervisionProven ability to manage a team of technicians across MEP, civil, and general maintenance worksBasic knowledge of reading technical drawings and site execution plansStrong skills in MS Excel and MS Office for reporting and schedulingGood communication skills in English; ability to read and write work reportsFamiliarity with handling day-to-day site coordination, material follow-ups, and task assignmentMust be physically active, disciplined, and able to manage workforces across multiple sitesPrior experience in fit-out projects, AMC contracts, or on-call technical jobs is a plusUAE Driving License is preferred but not mandatoryAbout the CompanyLynx International is a multi-vertical group headquartered in Dubai Production City, specializing in Real Estate Services, Integrated Facility Management, Technical Contracting, Interior Decor Fit-outs and Global Trading.
