BG Global Recruitment is recruiting for a leading Egg Production Farm in the UAE. Our client wants to hire a Team Leader Packing & Grading. This role is essential in overseeing the egg packaging and grading process ensuring efficiency quality and compliance with industry standards.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead the packing & grading team to ensure efficient workflow.Properly and safely package egg cartons to maintain product safety and quality.Ensure egg cartons are correctly labeled with directional and warning labels.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for egg cartons and the packaging area.Implement and improve packaging processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.Train and guide team members to maintain high performance and safety protocols.Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and coordinate replenishment as needed.Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory guidelines.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in a cagefree layer farm.Diploma or High School education required.Proficiency in English preferred for effective communication.Strong leadership and team management skills.Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and efficiency.Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.BenefitsAttractive Salary & Benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
