Madre Integrated Engineering | Full timeMinimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in team leadership, supervision, or a similar role.QualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Shift RequirementMinimum of 1 Team Leader per shift, covering 24/7 operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, guide, and motivate team members to achieve daily operational targets.Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity and quality.Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and client requirements.Handle escalations, resolve issues, and maintain a positive work environment.Conduct training, coaching, and development sessions for team members.Prepare and submit shift reports, performance metrics, and operational updates.Coordinate with management to implement process improvements and operational strategies.Ensure effective communication between shifts to maintain continuity and consistency.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, reporting tools).PreferredExperience working in Qatar or the GCC region.Previous experience managing multi-shift operations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
