Engineering lead of day-to-day business of team made up of Planning Engineers with different skill and experience levelsPlans the work schedule of assigned resources in coordination with overall capacitiesEnsure team capacities are used effectively taking competencies and availability as well as deadlines into accountProvide strong leadership for his team and actively promote knowledge sharing and engineering trainings for the development of the groupMotivate team members in achieving individual and group success goals by being a role model and a mentorImplement formwork solutions as per project requirements and guides team members to value engineeringCreate and conduct customer presentations and assist Sales in client technical meetingsInternally communicate and coordinate with other teams and departmentsEnsure implementation of Doka engineering standards and work instructionsPersonally handle key projects as Project engineer-in-chargeQualificationsTechnical/Civil Engineering QualificationAt least 5 years of intensive experience in formwork engineering (and structural analysis); Doka formwork experience is preferredTeam management and leadership experience skillsAuto CAD proficiency; 3D software (i.e. Revit) knowledge is an advantageWell-versed in office software toolsSolid communication skills in EnglishTeam player and role model with attention to detail and a feel for economic mattersAbility to work unsupervised and manage teams projects and all internal and external stakeholdersAbility to make decisions take responsibility delegate and deliver presentationsEager to learn and improve knowledge and skills of themselves and their teamShows adaptability is open to change and able to manage itThorough understanding of our business model and cross-functional collaborationAdditional InformationJob Type:Full timeLocation: Dubai / UAEAs a customer-focused organization Doka understands that its greatest assets are its employees which is why Doka is consistently looking for talented professionals whoare keen to develop their career in this challenging industry.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
