Your mission:Management of an international engineering team for the AMEA region Coordination and prioritization of the customer services (technical support commissioning activities SaaS support)Contact person for the team members in technical and organizational questionsParticipate to customer support trainings webinars and other related activities when necessaryResponsible for technical training updates and further development of internal team membersYou will report directly to the local Regional ManagerYour profile:Bachelors degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering software engineering or similar masters degree would be a plus.Leadership experience.Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills as well as hands-on mentality.Experience with solar energy and SCADA systems.Excellent English language skills.
