Team Lead - Integration & Field Engineering

Overview PULSE, the joint venture between EDGE and INDRA, is seeking an experienced Radar Integration Team Lead to lead the integration, testing, and deployment of advanced radar and defense systems. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on expertise, requiring the ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams while ensuring successful delivery across complex, mission-critical projects. Responsibilities Lead and mentor engineers in integration, testing, and deployment of radar and defense systems. Manage technical planning, resource allocation, and project execution in line with program objectives. Oversee radar commissioning (Setting to Work, FAT, SAT, environmental/EMI-EMC tests) and validate performance under operational conditions. Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and customer reports; ensure compliance with MIL-STD and defense standards.
