We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.</p><p><b>Please note that this role is office-based for Ras Al Khaimah, UAE</b></p><p><b>If you need to be relocated, we take care of the process.</b></p><p>We are looking for a skilled<b>Team Lead Back-end Developer (Node.js)</b>to join our team in<b>Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.</b></p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes;</li><li>Hiring and training technical personnel;</li><li>Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team;</li><li>Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals;</li><li>Liaising with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standard;</li><li>Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns;</li><li>Delegating work and assignments to team members;</li><li>Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems;</li><li>Advanced level of English.</li></ul><h3>Developer part</h3><ul><li>In-house platform development;</li><li>3rd party API integrations;</li><li>Actively participate in developing new features from scratch;</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>At least 8+ years of experience, 3+ years in leadership;</li><li>Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills;</li><li>Strong leadership and organizational abilities;</li><li>Knowledge of JavaScript and the ECMAScript 6 standards;</li><li>3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js;</li><li>5+ years of commercial experience in web development;</li><li>Commercial experience of working with DB;</li><li>Commercial experience in implementing REST and WebSockets;</li><li>Experience of GIT version control system;</li><li>Experience with databases MySQL;</li><li>Experience with RabbitMQ;</li><li>Experience with Redis.</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience with TypeScript.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Career growth opportunities in an international and dynamic environment;</li><li>Opportunity to develop language skills with partial compensation for language courses;</li><li>Special gifts for birthdays, weddings, and newborns;</li><li>21 working days of paid annual vacation, plus paid sick leave;</li><li>Exciting corporate events, team-building activities, and international company parties.</li></ul><p>Bold moves start here.
