Dubai British School Jumeirah is currently recruiting for a number of exceptional educational professionals to become members of the P.E. team for the AY 2026–2027.This is a rare and exciting opportunity for suitably qualified professionals who are passionately innovative, cognitively agile, and committed to continual professional learning.The RoleThe successful candidate will be a skilled teacher of physical education with experience with swimming instruction and a desire to work as part of a thriving team within a collaborative professional community. They will value the demands of a busy PE department and recognize that highly effective teachers of PE are able to design learning experiences within curriculum PE time as well as high-impact extracurricular activities for all.They will help develop our PE programs within the school and support students’ learning and progress through to KS4 and KS5 outcomes.The DBSJ PE department has successfully established a foundational culture of PE that allows all children to experience sports as well as allowing children with additional motivation and talent to thrive in a more competitive environment. As we grow the team, we are looking to bring in a teacher with expertise in physical education who can help develop our PE programs and support students’ learning and progress through to KS4 and KS5 outcomes.At DBSJ, we believe great teaching is rooted in empathy, driven by evidence, and powered by community.
