The role involves assisting in classroom learning, implementing inclusive teaching practices, and working closely with parents, therapists, and school staff to enhance each childs learning experience. Key Responsibilities Assist in delivering lessons within integrated or inclusive classroom settings. Provide individualized support to children with developmental or learning needs. Help students actively participate in classroom activities. Implement inclusive teaching strategies aligned with integrated education principles. Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit diverse learning needs. Collaborate with therapists and parents to support student progress. Communicate student updates and developmental progress when required. Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Maintain records of student progress and classroom observations.
