Egis’ long history of providing comprehensive engineering, consulting, and project management services makes it a trusted partner for regional governments, investors, and developers.About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized TDP Coordinator (Roads O&M) to join our infrastructure management team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will serve as a key coordinator for Traffic Development Plan initiatives and Roads Operations & Maintenance programs. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between various departments, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain optimal road infrastructure performance and support the continued development of Qatar's transportation network.Coordinate and monitor the implementation of Traffic Development Plan (TDP) initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectivesManage daily operations and maintenance schedules for road infrastructure, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standardsPrepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, reports, and records related to road maintenance activities, inspections, and performance metricsAnalyze maintenance data and performance indicators to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvementLiaise with internal departments, external contractors, and government agencies to facilitate smooth coordination of O&M activitiesSchedule and track maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections using project management systems and toolsDevelop and update maintenance schedules and work plans based on asset condition assessments and operational requirementsMonitor budget allocation and expenditures for O&M programs and provide regular financial reportsConduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate road conditions and maintenance needsPrepare technical reports, presentations, and communications for senior management and stakeholdersSupport the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for roads operations and maintenanceEnsure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and organizational policiesWhat do we need from youRequired Qualifications:Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in roads operations and maintenance coordination, infrastructure management, or project coordinationStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsKnowledge of road infrastructure systems, maintenance operations, and asset management principlesAbility to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with diverse stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Qatar's infrastructure standards and regulationsPrevious experience working in the Middle East or with international infrastructure projectsExperience with traffic planning and transportation network management#J-18808-Ljbffr
