ResponsibilitiesThe LIVE team is dedicated to optimizing all aspects of TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike.As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least a 3‑month internship period. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis – we encourage you to apply early.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport agency‑side education and communication for TikTok LIVE official campaigns, including campaign rules, timelines, incentives, and best practicesAssist in the strategy design, research, and optimization of agency self‑built campaigns to drive creator participation and revenue growthCollect and analyze agency feedback and campaign performance data, and prepare basic reports and insightsSupport campaign‑related materials preparation, including presentations, FAQs, guidelines, and promotional contentCoordinate with cross‑functional teams (regional operations, product, etc) to ensure smooth campaign executionTrack platform feature updates related to campaigns and support internal knowledge sharingQualificationsUndergraduate or graduate student, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldsStrong interest in live streaming, creator economy, or social media platformsHigh oral and written fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. Our team works with stakeholders from both the Middle East and globally and will require effective communicationDetail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyBasic data analysis skills (Excel / Google Sheets); experience with presentations is a plusAble to work at least 3–4 days per week for 3 months or longerAbout TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short‑form mobile video.
