Job Description SummaryThis role comprising of techno-commercial intensity track and analyze the installed base with an ability to propose a value outcome selling.Support in lifecycle management of the existing customers and help strengthen the customer relationships.Learn new technologies based on advance applications and contribute to organizational initiativesJob DescriptionThis is a 1-year full-time trainee position offered under a hybrid working model in Dubai with the possibility of extension to up to 2 years. What youll do:Support the collection validation and updating of installed base.Analyze the asset information to identify service opportunity lifecycle and upgrade provisions.Assist in preparing reports dashboards and customer insights.Prepare materials for customer meetings and lifecycle recommendations including customer training proposals.Participate in internal and/or customer facing discussions under supervision to understand services needs and challenges.Work closely with advance application team sales and operations to gather information and align on services strategies.Support the engineering or applications team in drafting solutions based on advance applications under the supervisionWhat youll bring:Bachelors degree in engineering or final year students having the ability to join full timeBasic understanding of power assets and automation systemStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insightsIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft officeAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new technologiesFluency in both Arabic and EnglishUAE Nationals holding a Family Book are encouraged to applyWhat will make you stand out:Familiar with digital tools database and reporting systemFamiliarity with cloud servicesCertifications in Microsoft office toolsPrevious internship or project experience in application development and servicesAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: NoRequired Experience:Intern Key Skills Diploma,Animal,Eclipse,Facilities Management,End User Support,Bank Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
