You are expected to generate business immediately not “learn the market”.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Generate and close business for:<ul><li>Fuel Tankers&Refueling Units</li><li>Pressure Vessels&Industrial Tanks</li><li>Truck Body Fabrication&Custom Builds</li></ul></li><li>Actively approach:<ul><li>EPC contractors</li><li>Fleet owners&transport companies</li><li>Oil&gas service providers</li><li>Workshops&fabrication companies</li></ul></li><li>Build a strong sales pipeline from scratch</li><li>Conduct field visits client meetings and site inspections</li><li>Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposalsNegotiate and close deals independently</li><li>Coordinate with production and engineering teams for execution</li><li>Identify quick-win opportunities (retrofit repair fabrication jobs)</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Salary: AED 5000 – 10000 (depending on experience)</li><li>Accommodation: Provided</li><li>Visa&Medical: Provided</li><li>Petrol: Fully reimbursed</li><li>Incentives: Very high performance-based incentives (no cap)</li></ul><h3>Must-haves</h3><ul><li>Strong experience in:<ul><li>Tanker manufacturing/fuel systems</li><li>Pressure vessels/steel fabrication</li><li>Vehicle body building</li></ul></li><li>Proven ability to:<ul><li>Generate leads independently</li><li>Close deals fast</li><li>Work under pressure with targets</li><li>Aggressive street-smart and execution-focused</li><li>Strong negotiation and client-handling skills</li><li>Existing UAE market connections BIG advantage</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Working Conditions</h3><ul><li>6-day work week</li><li>Highly field-oriented role</li><li>Frequent travel across UAE industrial zones (Mussafah Jebel Ali Sharjah etc.)</li></ul><h3>Success Expectations (VERY IMPORTANT)</h3><ul><li>Generate active pipeline within first 2 weeks</li><li>MUST Close first deal within 30 days</li><li>Consistently bring fabrication / tanker / body building orders</li><li>Build long-term relationships with repeat clients</li></ul><h3>Positioning Statement (Add this at the end for impact)</h3><p>“We are not looking for passive salespeople.
