<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Role Purpose: The Application Support role is responsible for providing frontline support to business users across various applications. This includes handling user inquiries, resolving basic functional and access issues, logging incidents, and escalating technical problems to the appropriate teams. The role ensures smooth daily operations by supporting end users, maintaining accurate documentation, and following established support processes and SLAs.</p><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><ul><li><b>1- Provide 1st line application support</b></li><li><b>2- Contribute to defect identification and reporting</b><ul><li>Log defects, gather evidence, and retest after fixes.</li></ul></li><li><b>3- Maintain QA documentation</b><ul><li>Prepare and update test cases, test logs, and test evidence.</li></ul></li><li><b>4- Collaborate with project and technical teams</b><ul><li>Communicate with developers, analysts, and QA team members to clarify issues.</li></ul></li><li><b>5- Support process improvement initiatives</b><ul><li>Follow QA standards and contribute ideas for improvement.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Basic understanding of software testing concepts and STLC.</li><li>Ability to write simple test cases and document results.</li><li>Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li><li>Familiarity with any test management or tracking tools (advantage but not required).</li><li>Exposure to test automation or CI/CD concepts is a plus (not required).</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Willingness to learn and take feedback.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
