Job Description As a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist at Smith+Nephew, you will be a key member of the EMEA & APAC Sourcing Hub, responsible for supporting sourcing and recruitment activities across Smith+Nephew GBS Services. Your role will cover APAC and EMEA markets, with potential support to additional regions based on business priorities. Experience in either APAC or EMEA is an added advantage, and flexibility in working hours is required to accommodate collaboration across different time zones.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies across the APAC and EMEA regions.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and niche roles using various sourcing channels.
- Conduct proactive outreach efforts, phone screenings, and assess candidate fit.
- Partner closely with TA Specialists, TA Leads, and hiring managers to refine requirements and influence hiring decisions.
- Guide Talent Sourcing Specialists by sharing sourcing techniques and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the broader TA team on various recruitment projects and initiatives.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies, identify new talent channels, and share best practices.
- Promote Smith+Nephews Culture Pillars and Employer Value Proposition to engage and attract talent.
- Drive Diversity & Inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
**Qualifications Required:**
- MBA/PGDM or a bachelors degree in Business Management, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years experience as a Corporate Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist.
- Strong expertise in talent sourcing, including Boolean and X-ray searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Job Portals.
- Experience in EMEA hiring preferred.
- Proficiency in German, Polish, or French languages (C1 and above) welcomed.
- Prior experience with Medical Devices or Healthcare/Pharma commercial hiring is good to have.
- Familiarity with ATS systems such as Workday and proven ability to introduce new sourcing methods.
- Skilled in recruiting strategies, screening, and interviewing with a customer-focused mindset and strong organizational abilities.
As part of the EMEA & APAC Sourcing Team, you will be part of a multilingual group supporting TA Specialists, TA Leads, and Hiring Managers across both regions. Established in 2020 under the in-house Talent Acquisition model, the team continues to evolve and drive best-in-class sourcing practices. Minimal travel requirements for the role.
