Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Talent Partner to report to the Senior HR Manager and support recruitment activities for our newly established office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Working closely with the Senior HR Manager, HR Partners, and functional leaders, you will help develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates who embody Mirai’s values and demonstrate strong technical and behavioral capabilities.This role plays an important part in building our team, establishing Mirai’s presence in the region, and supporting HR Partners in delivering a consistent and high-quality people experience. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of the local job market, a solid track record in recruitment delivery, and the flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing office. Strong collaboration skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to balance strategic support with hands-on execution are key to success in this role.Build and support out the recruiting functionDevelop the strategy for talent acquisition delivery at KSA Operations level, including job analysis, recommendations and development on new markets, and strategic data analysis, with the aim of continuously improving the quality of hiring and enhancing the overall people and candidate experience.Build and iterate to the development, and improvement of the talent acquisition processes and programs to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.Partner closely with local PBP and business leaders to identify current and future talent gaps and help develop talent acquisition strategies to address them.Hire and coach a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing mentorship and development opportunities to promote high performance and growth.Develop and execute on talent strategies that support KSA operations’ mission.Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging open communication, feedback, and recognition of achievements.Navigate and manage changes effectively, with a focus on maintaining team engagement, alignment, and productivity.Empower and motivate your team to confidently manage the dynamic recruiting process in a fast paced, global, and ever-changing environment.Work in close partnership with the KSA leaders, focused on building trust and respect through excellent stakeholder management while living and evangelizing the Scopely culture tenets that represent our amazing company.Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly, providing feedback, coaching, and recognition as needed.Take ownership of and be accountable for talent acquisition outcomes and results, continuously striving for improvement and success.Define and communicate clear performance goals and expectations for the team, aligned with the organization’s mission and values.Collaborate closely with internal teams such as IT, Facilities and the local PBP to deliver an aligned and integrated candidate experience.Build an intern program.Initiate and lead collaboration with external agencies and contractors, universities, and other sources of talent acquisition.RequirementsEnglish proficiency – spoken and writtenPassion for games of all genres and all platforms (mobile, PC and console)Strong recruiting experience, and first experience working with a team of recruiters in an inhouse environment, preferably in the videogames industry or other fast paced environments such as the tech or start up worldProven track record of building and leading diverse, geographically dispersed teams on a global levelA track record in translating business needs into talent acquisition strategies that continue to progress the companyExperience managing diverse stakeholder interests while driving positive and impactful outcomesPassion for process optimization and a focus on continuous improvement and iterationA data driven approach to determine current staffing needs and produce forecastsExcellent attention to detailWorking experience of the KSA market and associated of labor laws and regulationsExceptional organizing and time-management skillsAmbitious, hardworking, and quick learnerVIP Medical insurance for employee and his parents.Phone allowance.Kids education allowance.Gym allowance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
