Talent & Onboarding Specialist, Enterprise Learning Operations | Onsite UAE | UAE-BasedAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Talent & Onboarding Specialist to support workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and onboarding for a large-scale learning program in the UAE. This role focuses on ensuring the right people are in place at the right time, and that new hires are effectively integrated into the program.You will work across recruitment, onboarding, and contractor coordination, supporting both steady-state operations and periods of increased demand. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.What You’ll OwnWorkforce Planning & CoordinationSupport workforce planning and surge capacity needs across learning operationsTrack staffing levels, utilization, and gaps across roles and locationsCoordinate resource deployment to meet changing program demandsRecruitment & Hiring CoordinationSupport recruitment processes for program roles in partnership with talent acquisitionCoordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and selection processesEnsure a smooth and timely hiring experience for candidates and stakeholdersOnboarding & IntegrationCoordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring readiness and alignment from day oneSupport onboarding through the first 90 days to drive early productivityPartner with team leads to ensure effective integration into operationsEOR & Contractor CoordinationCoordinate administration for contractors and EOR-supported workersManage documentation including contracts, timesheets, and related processesEnsure compliance with local requirements and internal standardsSkills Development SupportSupport tracking of team skills and development needsCoordinate training and development activities in partnership with learning leadsMaintain visibility into capability development across the teamBuddy & Mentor Program CoordinationManage buddy and mentor pairings for new team membersSupport onboarding experience through structured guidance and check-insGather feedback and improve program effectiveness over timeLocation & Working ModelThis role is based in the UAE, with a mix of onsite and hybrid work. Onsite presence will be required during onboarding periods and key phases of program delivery.Additional InformationThis role supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in talent operations, onboarding, workforce coordination, or HR operationsExperience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with contractor or contingent workforce coordinationStrong organizational and coordination skills across multiple workstreamsHigh attention to detail, particularly in documentation and process managementAbility to work across teams and manage competing prioritiesBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferredWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleYou are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
