Job Description
<p>The Associate – Talent Management is responsible for supporting the execution of learning and development, performance management, talent management processes, succession planning, and employee development initiatives, with a primary focus on supporting UAE National talent and employee retention objectives.</p><p><strong><u>Roles, Responsibilities, Duties</u></strong></p><p><strong>Learning&Development (L&D)</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and support the execution of all training programs including technical workshops covering logistics, scheduling, documentation, attendance, and compiling feedback.</li><li>Assist in conducting training needs assessments through surveys, focus groups, and consultations with line managers.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of completed training, attendance, and evaluation outcomes.</li><li>Prepare and deliver internal training presentations, facilitate or co-facilitate onboarding, soft skills, and technical upskilling sessions.</li><li>Liaise with trainers, managers, employees, and vendors to ensure smooth rollout and delivery of all L&D initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Performance Management</strong></p><ul><li>Execute performance booster plans in line with the Modon Holding Group performance management policy.</li><li>Support the administration and coordination of the entire performance management cycle (end to end)&periodic reporting at each phase.</li><li>Track completion and progress of performance appraisals and goal setting.</li><li>Facilitate performance calibration sessions and support communication relating to appraisal processes.</li><li>Continuously assist line managers and employees with the performance appraisal process and appraisal meeting guidelines, using a variety of effective learning&training techniques.</li></ul><p><strong>Talent Management&Succession Planning</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare basic reports on skills gaps, talent needs, and support routine administrative coordination for talent management initiatives.</li><li>Participate in meetings/workshops as notetaker or organizer as required.</li><li>Support the documentation of career pathways and individual development plans as directed.</li><li>Assist in organizing mentorship/coaching sessions and maintain updated participant lists.</li><li>Track progression/completion of assigned development activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Data Analytics&Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive dashboards for L&D and performance management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.</li><li>Collect, verify, and analyse talent-related data using Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools, summarize findings for management and relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Track participation/completion rates and training effectiveness and contribute to periodic HR reporting.</li><li>Prepare, analyze&present dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly&annual),</li><li>Additional tasks may be delegated based on requirement.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualification:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.</li><li>HR-related certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage but not mandatory.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Experience and Competencies:</u></strong></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>2 - 4 years of work experience in HRM.</li><li>HR experience in performance management, training and development, career development, and succession planning.</li><li>Experience in handling technical training within these industries (asset/facility/property management) is desirable.</li><li>Previous experience as a soft skills trainer is preferrable.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Customer-service focused mindset.</li><li>Proactive and eager to learn.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>SAP Success Factors Performance Management System</li><li>Learning Management Systems (SAP SF LMS).</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
