OverviewWe are seeking a proactiveTalent Development Coordinatorto support the planning and delivery of learning, leadership, and talent programs. This role involves handling training logistics, coordinating with vendors, and supporting internal talent initiatives aimed at employee development and succession planning.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day training and talent development operationsPlan and execute logistics for learning programs, 360 assessments, and coaching initiativesAssist in the development and deployment of training and leadership contentLiaise with external vendors for market research, procurement, and program deliverySupport talent management and succession planning activities across the businessUse various assessment tools to evaluate skills, potential, and development needsMaintain accurate records and reports related to employee development initiativesCommunicate effectively with senior leaders, managers, and stakeholdersSkillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detailSkilled in coordinating learning programs, coaching, and leadership developmentFamiliarity with talent assessment tools and succession planning methodsEffective communication and stakeholder coordination skillsAbility to analyze data and extract insights to improve development strategiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field2 to 3 years of experience supporting training or talent development functionsExperience with procurement and vendor management is a plusCandidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred12-month full-time contract role based in Qatar
