Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a Talent and Culture Executive to join our team reporting directly to the Director of Talent and Culture. The role encompasses the following key responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain payroll and time and attendance systems including processing new hires promotions resignations and other employment status changes.Prepare and verify payroll details ensuring all inputs are submitted accurately and on time.Oversee the Exit Management process facilitating smooth transitions for departing employees.Develop and update brand and department policies and procedures as needed.Assist with new hire orientations and employee engagement initiatives.Coordinate and execute employeerelated activities and events.Maintain confidentiality and manage the filing system and tracking database for all employees and leaders.Support the preparation of monthly reports as required.Ensure HR communication boards are current and informative.Manage document delivery to appropriate departments in a timely manner.Provide professional courteous and efficient customer service to team members and leaders consistently.QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Windows applications is essential.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic fastpaced environment is crucial.Must exhibit unwavering tact flexibility and diplomacy while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.Additional InformationYour team and working environment: Opportunities to make your mark.
