Operating in the fast-paced technology consulting market, we are seeking a visionary leader with<b>dual expertise</b>(Technical&Consulting) to manage and evolve our talent acquisition ecosystem, ensuring we attract the high-caliber consultants who drive impact for our clients.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>:Strategic Recruitment Management</b>: Oversee the full lifecycle recruitment for specialized roles (Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation), ensuring alignment with global consulting standards</li><li><b>.Team Leadership&Supervision</b>: Drive daily operations for the TA team (2–5 recruiters), delegating requisitions based on capacity, and monitoring workflows to ensure timely delivery of hiring targets</li><li><b>.Workforce Planning&Forecasting</b>: Translate company growth plans into actionable hiring roadmaps, identifying future talent needs before skill gaps occur</li><li><b>.Executive Reporting&Analytics</b>: Prepare and present data-driven dashboards to<b>Senior Leadershi</b>p, covering critical metrics such as: Cost-per-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, and Market Salary Trends</li><li><b>.Technical&Consulting Screening</b>: Conduct deep-dive screenings to evaluate candidates' technical proficiency and "Consulting Aptitude" (Executive Presence, Problem Solving, and Stakeholder Management)</li><li><b>.Employer Branding</b>: Elevate EjadTech’s presence within tech communities, universities, and professional networks to attract top-tier innovators</li></ul><h3>Experience Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>:Professional Experience</b>: 6 to 10 years of total experience in Talent Acquisition</li><li><b>.Domain Expertise</b>: * Minimum 3 years recruiting for specialized<b>Technical role</b>s</li><li>.Minimum 3 years within a<b>Consulting or Professional Service</b>s environment</li><li><b>.Leadership Experience</b>: At least 2 years in a supervisory or Team Lead capacity</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><b>:Education</b>: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or Business Administration</li><li><b>.Professional Certifications</b>: (Highly Preferred) SHRM-CP, CIPD Level 5, or LinkedIn Recruiter Certification</li><li><b>.Technical Knowledge</b>: Certifications like<b>AWS Cloud Practitione</b>r or<b>ITIL Foundatio</b>n are a major competitive advantage, demonstrating your commitment to the industry</li></ul><h3>Skills&Attributes</h3><ul><li><b>:Data-Driven Decision Making</b>: Ability to transform recruitment data into strategic insights for executive decision-making</li><li><b>.Technical Fluency</b>: Deep understanding of SDLC, Cloud Platforms, and AI; ability to speak the "language of engineers.</li><li><b>"Stakeholder Management</b>: Exceptional ability to manage expectations across Senior Leadership, Technical Leads, and HR</li><li><b>.Bilingual Proficiency</b>: Native/Professional fluency in both<b>Arabic and Englis</b>h (Mandatory)</li><li><b>.Commercial Acumen</b>: Strong negotiation skills to close complex offers with high-demand talent in the Saudi market</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
