Job Description

<p>The Recruitment Analyst is responsible for supporting the recruitment activities of the organization by implementing effective strategies to attract and select qualified candidates.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1. Recruitment Strategy and Planning:</p><p>- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.</p><p>- Conduct market research to identify the best recruitment sources and channels.</p><p>- Assist in creating job descriptions and specifications that align with the organization's requirements.</p><p>2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:</p><p>- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to attract potential candidates.</p><p>- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.</p><p>- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.</p><p>3. Applicant Tracking and Documentation:</p><p>- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates and their application statuses.</p><p>- Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure efficient and organized recruitment processes.</p><p>- Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other required documentation.</p><p>4. Recruitment Process Improvement:</p><p>- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.</p><p>- Make recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies, streamline processes, and increase the quality of hires.</p><p>- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.</p><p>5. Stakeholder Collaboration:</p><p>- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.</p><p>- Provide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.</p><p>- Assist in coordinating interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</p><p>- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.</p><p>- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.</p><p>- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.</p><p>- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</p><p>- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.</p><p>- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.</p><p>- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
