The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and hiring top talent, conducting interviews, and maintaining an effective employer branding strategy. This role requires collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies, including sourcing and managing candidate pipelines</li><li>Skills in Hiring and conducting structured and effective Interviewing processes</li><li>Experience with Employer Branding to promote the organization's culture and attract top talent</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Familiarity with local labor laws and recruitment practices in Saudi Arabia is a plus</li><li>Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
