The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and hiring top talent, conducting interviews, and maintaining an effective employer branding strategy. This role requires collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.QualificationsProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies, including sourcing and managing candidate pipelinesSkills in Hiring and conducting structured and effective Interviewing processesExperience with Employer Branding to promote the organization's culture and attract top talentStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldFamiliarity with local labor laws and recruitment practices in Saudi Arabia is a plusFluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
