The specialist will manage full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, contributing to employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.QualificationsExpertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and SourcingStrong skills in Interviewing and Candidate EvaluationExperience in Hiring and Talent Acquisition strategiesKnowledge of Employer Branding and fostering a positive candidate experienceProficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR technologyExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in construction, engineering, or related industries is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
