The specialist will manage full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, contributing to employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Sourcing</li><li>Strong skills in Interviewing and Candidate Evaluation</li><li>Experience in Hiring and Talent Acquisition strategies</li><li>Knowledge of Employer Branding and fostering a positive candidate experience</li><li>Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR technology</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Previous experience in construction, engineering, or related industries is a plus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
