<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>This is a remote position.</p><p><b>About SiFi</b></p><p>SiFi is a Saudi fin-tech on a mission to simplify finance for all types of organizations. We help companies issue corporate cards with real-time controls, manage expenses, and automate financial workflows.</p><p>Our platform powers modern financial operations for some of the most ambitious organizations in the region. We’re expanding rapidly across cards, payments, and AI-driven financial management tools and we’re building the kind of team that thrives on ownership and pace.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management)</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements</li><li>Develop and post job descriptions across relevant platforms</li><li>Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)</li><li>Conduct initial screenings and structured interviews</li><li>Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback collection</li><li>Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs</li><li>Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit)</li><li>Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline status, etc.)</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies</li><li>Support onboarding activities when required</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance efficiency</li><li>Support hiring managers in defining clear and structured role requirements</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment</li><li>Experience in Tech / FinTech hiring is preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to assess technical roles and candidates (especially in Tech / FinTech environments)</li><li>Strong understanding of the local talent market and hiring trends</li><li>Experience with ATS systems (Zoho Recruit is a plus)</li><li>Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred)</li></ul><h3>Key Competencies</h3><ul><li>Strong candidate assessment skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously</li><li>Proactive and results-driven mindset</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
