Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Forescout, your role will be crucial in building a world-class cybersecurity organization, particularly focusing on R&D hiring for the India operations. Here's what you will be responsible for: - Partnering with People Leaders to identify talent needs and designing effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals. - Leading end-to-end recruitment for R&D roles, including sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding. - Acting as a trusted talent advisor by providing insights on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices. - Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines across Indian markets through creative sourcing channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and social media. - Championing Forescout's employer brand through engaging content and targeted campaigns to attract top-tier R&D talent. - Coordinating the recruitment process with multiple stakeholders and time zones to ensure a smooth, equitable, and efficient experience for all. - Managing relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies, job boards, and event organizers. - Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) and utilizing analytics to track hiring progress, pipeline health, and performance metrics. - Providing timely updates and reporting to People Leaders and business stakeholders. - Supporting broader Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives across regions as required. To be successful in this role, you should bring: - 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on R&D hiring in the technology or cybersecurity sector. - Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment across India, with experience outside India being highly advantageous. - Strong technical knowledge of ATS systems (preferably Jobvite), LinkedIn Recruiter, and local India job boards. - Experience in program, project, and vendor management with a strong operational discipline. - An analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of measuring, reporting, and optimizing recruitment workflows and performance. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer service orientation. - Resilience, proactivity, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Discretion when handling confidential information. - Flexibility to collaborate across time zones and availability outside India General Shift as needed. - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
