We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience hiring business and corporate professionals across functions such as Finance, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Strategy, and Corporate Services. In this role, you will act as a trusted hiring partner to business leaders, owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and candidate-centric hiring process aligned with business objectives.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnering: Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and success profiles; provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies; challenge and refine job requirements to ensure realistic, inclusive, and effective hiring decisions.End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for business roles, from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding handover; develop tailored sourcing strategies for each role, balancing speed, quality, and cost; screen, interview, and assess candidates using competency-based and business-focused evaluation methods.Sourcing & Talent Attraction: Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct search techniques; build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical business roles; craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content aligned with the company’s value proposition.Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience: Deliver a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process; act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback; guide hiring managers through structured interviews, decision-making, and offer processes.Data, Process & Compliance: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health, candidate conversion); ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and local labor regulations; continuously improve recruitment practices, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and outcomes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related areas5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a strong focus on business/corporate rolesProven experience hiring across functions such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations or Corporate ServicesStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise at different seniority levelsSolid understanding of recruitment best practices, assessment techniques, and market dynamicsExperience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)Strong business acumen and ability to understand commercial prioritiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStructured, data-driven approach to recruitmentAbility to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityFluent EnglishBonus Points If You HaveExperience in an in-house corporate environment or professional services firmExposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing initiativesInternational hiring or multi-market recruitment experienceInside Snoonu’s UniverseSnoonu is Qatar’s homegrown Super App, reinventing daily life with blazing-fast delivery, shopping, and more – all in one place.
