We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Specialist – Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in attracting and hiring high‑quality talent across the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who is passionate about end‑to‑end hiring, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Specialist – Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating full‑cycle recruitment activities, including:Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes from job posting to offer stageSourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals)Coordinating interviews and maintaining seamless communication with candidates and hiring managersMaintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Supporting onboarding activities and pre‑employment documentation for new joinersPreparing recruitment reports and tracking hiring metricsPartnering closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring prioritiesWhat We’re Looking ForQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or an HR/recruitment support roleStrong sourcing and recruitment coordination skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in ATS and HR systemsStrong time management and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneouslyProfessional, collaborative, and service‑oriented mindsetWhy Join e7 Group?Be part of a dynamic and purpose‑driven organizationWork closely with business leaders across diverse functionsGain exposure to structured recruitment practices and corporate HR operationsContribute directly to building the organization’s future workforce#J-18808-Ljbffr
