Job Description

1. External Hiring:Conduct interviews to fill available vacancies.Screen and shortlist candidates; issue job offers accordingly.Ensure completion of all hiring procedures.Verify the accuracy of submitted documents and upload them to the system (MenaItech).Coordinate pre-employment medical exams and health certificate verifications.2. Internal Hiring:Conduct internal interviews and assess candidates for promotions or transfers.Prepare and process employment contracts.Submit contract authentication requests (external and commercial).Handle authorization requests related to passport matters.Process salary advance requests for newly hired employees.Arrange domestic travel bookings after confirming accommodation availability.3. External Hiring & Workforce Planning:Identify employees listed in the re-employment plan.Coordinate vacation planning with direct managers and ensure leave requests are documented in the system.Provide monthly reports to the relevant department to initiate re-employment procedures.Issue new job offers for returning employees and update their records in the system.Requirements:Minimum of 2 year experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably in the Food and Beverage sector.Strong understanding of HR systems and workflow tools such as MenaMe.Fluent in spoken and written English.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
