Over the years, we have built a strong and diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development&Management, Hospitality, General Contracting, and Heavy Machinery trading, providing innovative solutions for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries.</p><h3>Job Scope:</h3><p>We are currently seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multi-tasking, and is eager to learn and grow.</p><p>The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for professional and administrative roles (White collar). This role is critical to ensuring that the company attracts and hires top-tier talent across all levels, while maintaining compliance with labor laws and upholding company standards.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, refine candidate profiles, and ensure alignment with business needs.</li><li>Write and post engaging job descriptions on job boards, the company website, and social media platforms.</li><li>Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.</li><li>Screen and shortlist resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against job requirements for professional and administrative roles.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule final interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for all parties.</li><li>Maintain open communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and fostering a positive candidate experience.</li><li>Support the onboarding process and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities in compliance with company policies.</li><li>Track and analyze recruitment metrics, generate insightful reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to keep recruitment strategies competitive.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills&Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on the construction, heavy equipment, or related industries in the UAE.</li><li>Extensive experience in recruiting for all types of roles, including C-level positions.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities to handle multiple recruitment cycles simultaneously.</li><li>Strong reporting and analytical skills to track performance and suggest improvements.</li><li>Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.</li><li>A proactive, fast-paced approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the company’s dynamic environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
