The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment within the construction industry and a proven ability to attract and hire top talent across technical and non-technical roles.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, especially for construction roles (engineering, site, and technical positions).Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and headhunting techniques to identify and engage top talent.Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate database.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.Prepare job descriptions and job postings aligned with business requirements.Assist in onboarding processes and ensure smooth candidate integration.#J-18808-Ljbffr
