Job Description

Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand candidate profiles and managing the full cycle recruitment process. This includes sourcing, screening CVs, conducting phone interviews, writing candidate reports, coordinating interviews, managing offers and negotiations, and following up with candidates during and after the process completion. You will be responsible for managing job postings on various platforms, overseeing applicants and workflow through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and providing regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment status and market trends. Your key responsibilities will also include developing consultative relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure recruiting needs are met, managing agencies and third-party vendors when necessary, and identifying potential candidates using various search methods. You will build and maintain talent pools of passive candidates, stay updated on market trends, and ensure accurate data integrity in the ATS. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing cost-effective recruitment strategies, driving referral programs, and leading employer branding activities. The preferred candidate profile for this role includes a recognized bachelor's degree with 4+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition/recruitment experience, preferably in the financial services industry. You should have full cycle recruitment experience within an agency and/or in-house setting, along with good industry knowledge and familiarity with best recruitment practices. The ability to multitask, work in an agile environment, and demonstrate expertise in digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques is essential. Strong drive, motivation, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English are also important qualifications for this role.
