We are dedicated to providing top-tier services, innovative technology, and seamless trading experiences to our clients worldwide.We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end‑to‑end recruitment and attract top talent in the FOREX and financial services sectors.Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across trading, analysis, sales, and compliance teams.Sourcing & Networking: Build talent pools, leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify top candidates.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process and promote our employer brand.Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand needs and align recruitment with business goals.Qualifications:At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in FOREX or financial services.Strong understanding of the FOREX industry and roles such as traders, analysts, and compliance officers.Excellent communication, sourcing, and interview skills.Fluent in English, and proficiency in Mandarin is required as this role involves managing and communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-growing, global trading firm.Competitive salary and commission structure#J-18808-Ljbffr
