DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Officer for the office of our VIP client in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top-tier talent for the organization. Additionally the Recruitment Officer will help develop recruitment strategies establish relationships with potential candidates and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This role will cover the entire recruitment cycle from screening candidates to ensuring they are ready to join the company.Key Responsibilities: Advertise job openings across various platforms to attract top talent. Screen shortlist and interview candidates to identify the best fit for roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and address recruitment needs. Maintain and update recruitment reports for tracking and analysis. Perform administrative tasks and support ad hoc recruitment activities.
