Job Description

At VentureOne, we build and scale high-impact ventures. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the teams behind these ventures. You will partner with business leaders to hire exceptional talent, enabling rapid and sustainable growth across our portfolio.This role requires a strong operator who can balance speed with quality, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple VentureOne portfolio companiesPartner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring plans aligned with scaling goalsDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talentBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring rolesProvide market insights, including talent availability and hiring trendsInfluence and guide stakeholders on hiring best practices and decision-makingManage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for talentUse data to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomesLeverage and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure data integrity, efficient workflows, and consistent hiring processesCollaborate on employer branding initiatives to position VentureOne and its ventures as employers of choice.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring policiesMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitingExperience managing full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced or high-growth environmentsHands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and recruitment toolsDemonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and influence hiring decisionsExperience sourcing candidates using a variety of tools and techniquesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting startups, ventures, or organizations in early‑stage to growth phaseAbility to operate with a high degree of ownership, autonomy, and accountability in fast-paced environmentsStrong analytical skills with experience using recruiting data and metricsExperience hiring across technical and business rolesWhy VentureOneWork directly with leadership teams to build companies from the ground upExposure to multiple industries and high-growth environmentsOpportunity to make a measurable impact on venture success through hiringCollaborative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
