Job Location - DubaiTalent Acquisition Strategy & PlanningDevelop, implement, and manage talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organizations growth plans and manpower requirements.Partner with leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring plans.Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, senior, and niche roles.End-to-End Recruitment ManagementOversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding.Manage sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals, and campus hiring.Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and maintain strong engagement throughout the hiring process.Conduct and oversee interviews, assessments, and reference checks.Team Leadership & Vendor ManagementLead, mentor, and upskill the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring targets and maintain recruitment quality.Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, consultants, and industry networks.Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.Employer Branding & Market IntelligenceStrategic thinking and ability to develop and execute employer branding initiatives.Stay updated on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.Process Excellence & AnalyticsOptimize recruitment processes for speed, cost efficiency, and quality of hire.Track, analyse, and present recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to join ratio, etc.).Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations.Company BenefitsCompetitive SalaryFood, Travel, AccommodationWork Permit, Visa and Travel Tickets#J-18808-Ljbffr
