Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager (Arabic speaker) specializing in the Middle East region to lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and help attract top-tier SAP functional and technical talent from both local and global markets.This role is critical in supporting business growth while ensuring compliance with GCC nationalization initiatives and regional hiring regulations.Requirements7–10 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / HR, preferably in the Middle EastStrong understanding of SAP / ERP Functional & Technical roles (MUST)Experience hiring within the GCC marketKnowledge of sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networksAI literacy and familiarity with modern recruitment technologiesStrong communication skills in English and ArabicExperience working with ATS and HR systemsAbility to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environmentStrong stakeholder and candidate relationship management skillsWilling to travel with in Middle East officesKey ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of local hiring targets aligned with nationalization programs.Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, niche job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top SAP talent across the Middle EastPartner with leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles.Support HR with pre‑onboarding processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.Manage the candidate journey from first interaction to visa processing and relocation, ensuring a seamless experience for international hires.Track key recruitment metrics such as Time‑to‑Hire, Cost‑per‑Hire, SLAs, and Quality‑of‑Hire using ATS systems.Leverage AI tools to manage high volumes of global applications while maintaining strong human engagement throughout the hiring process.Understand GCC compensation structures including housing allowances, transportation, relocation benefits, and flight tickets.Manage recruitment through government‑integrated platforms such as Qiwa, Ajeer (Saudi Arabia), and MOHRE (UAE) to ensure legal compliance.Ensure hiring practices comply with MENA labor laws, data privacy regulations, and equal opportunity employment standards.Maintain accurate records in ATS systems and generate recruitment MIS reports.Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing market insights on hiring trends and talent availability in the region.Interested candidates can apply or connect directly.Let’s build the next generation of SAP talent in the Middle East.#J-18808-Ljbffr
