This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and is passionate about building strong, scalable recruitment functions across both onshore and offshore markets.The role reports directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, with a dotted line into the Regional Head of HR (Dubai), and involves ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple geographies while leading and mentoring a regional TA team.
