With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward.As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will provide valuable support to the People team in talent acquisition:Source and interview potential candidates, providing a good candidate experienceCollaborate with the People team to manage internal recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring practicesBuild market maps and identify potential talent both passive and activeManage end‑to‑end internships and junior‑level recruitmentSupport on any special projects as required within the People teamSupports the People Lead on key people initiatives and projectsWhat you’ll needGCC Nationals or UAE residency holders with a minimum of 3-6 months validity from the start date of the internship (only student residency, family sponsorship or golden visa holders are eligible, work/company sponsorship will not be considered)Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or any related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication in EnglishCustomer and candidate focus with critical thinking and problem‑solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasksWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
