The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the hiring process, managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing the end-to-end recruitment processPost job openings on various platforms and track applicant responsesSchedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely communication with candidatesMaintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Candidate Experience & CommunicationAct as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experienceProvide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring processSupport onboarding activities for new hiresHR & Administrative SupportPrepare offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documentsMaintain and update recruitment reports and dashboardsAssist in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment eventsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust not have previously benefited from the Tamheer ProgramMust have no working experience for last 6 monthBenefitsHigh-performing and fast-paced work environmentLearning & DevelopmentBayut is an equal-opportunity employer.
