Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment activities on a temporary basis for a period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on business requirements. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment delivery, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience across multiple roles.Core ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment activities, from vacancy notification through to candidate onboarding.Source, screen, assess, and select candidates in line with role requirements and business needsDeliver an outstanding candidate experience by providing timely communication and a high level of customer serviceBuild and maintain strong, effective working relationships with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholdersCoordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview processConduct regular meetings with HR and Hiring Managers to drive accountability for timely feedback and decision-makingUtilise appropriate recruitment and selection tools to ensure cost-effective and high-quality hiringLeverage social media platforms and creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage both active and passive talentManage the recruitment process and maintain accurate, up-to-date data in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality recruitment servicesSkills / QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the UAE or GCCGood understanding of UAE labour market, visa processes, and hiring practicesExperience using ATS and recruitment toolsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
