<div><p>The Recruitment Analyst is responsible for supporting the recruitment activities of the organization by implementing effective strategies to attract and select qualified candidates.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ol><li><b>Recruitment Strategy and Planning:</b><ul><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify the best recruitment sources and channels.</li><li>Assist in creating job descriptions and specifications that align with the organization's requirements.</li></ul></li><li><b>Candidate Sourcing and Screening:</b><ul><li>Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to attract potential candidates.</li><li>Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.</li><li>Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.</li></ul></li><li><b>Applicant Tracking and Documentation:</b><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates and their application statuses.</li><li>Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure efficient and organized recruitment processes.</li><li>Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other required documentation.</li></ul></li><li><b>Recruitment Process Improvement:</b><ul><li>Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Make recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies, streamline processes, and increase the quality of hires.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.</li></ul></li><li><b>Stakeholder Collaboration:</b><ul><li>Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.</li><li>Provide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.</li><li>Assist in coordinating interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.</li></ul></li></ol><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.</li><li>Knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.</li><li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
