At AECOM were seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our Early Careers and Emiratisation hiring initiatives across the Middle East. This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next generation of talent while contributing to meaningful national development goals.In this dynamic role you'll collaborate with hiring managers and strategic partners to build a futureready workforce. You'll also represent AECOM across universities government platforms and industry events helping to strengthen our brand and connect with highpotential talent from across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Attraction: Source screen and identify top candidates based on hiring manager requirements to support AECOM's diverse hiring needs.Candidate Evaluation: Conduct phone interviews to assess experience suitability for roles and set up interviews with hiring managers.Offer Management: Manage the job offer and negotiation process ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.Emiratisation Support: Play a key role in achieving AECOM's Emiratisation targets by identifying and recruiting UAE Nationals who align with our vision.University Engagement: Represent AECOM at university career fairs to promote our brand and attract highpotential talent from UAE institutions.Talent Pipeline Development: Gain exposure to external talent partnerships through LinkedIn Dubai Govt HR Mawaheb NAFIS and university partnerships.What You'll GainComprehensive exposure: Experience end-to-end recruitment processes and gain insight into HR and marketing activities.Skill development: Build expertise in talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, employer branding and pipeline management.Networking opportunities: Engage with ministries, industry professionals, universities and professional bodies.Impactful contribution: Play an active role in AECOM's Emiratisation initiative and recruitment strategy.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related HR function.Mindset and Motivation: A strong desire to learn, grow and actively contribute to AECOM's Emiratisation efforts through our Fursa Program.Eligibility: As part of AECOM's commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labor law only UAE Nationals with a valid Family Book will be considered for this role.Additional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
