The role involves working closely with designers to interpret concepts and executing custom tailoring projects, with a strong focus on traditional and contemporary Qatari Thobe tailoring, while maintaining Gossy’s high‑quality standards.QualificationsExpert skills in pattern making, measuring, and fabric cutting techniques, specialized in Qatari ThobeMastery of sewing, garment construction, and finishing techniques specific to Qatari Thobe (traditional and modern styles)Extensive experience in cutting and tailoring premium fabrics used for Qatari Thobes (such as Japanese, Italian, and high‑end cotton fabrics)Ability to manage, mentor, and supervise a team of professional tailorsExperience in fabric selection, sourcing, and quality assessmentStrong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high‑quality Qatari ThobesExcellent communication and collaboration skills for working with designers and clientsAt least 5 years of experience in tailoring and garment cutting, with specialized expertise in Qatari Thobe tailoring (experience in high‑end traditional apparel is preferred)Knowledge of the latest trends in Qatari Thobe design and tailoring technologiesFluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantageAbility to work on‑site in Al Rayyan and manage a busy production schedule effectively#J-18808-Ljbffr
