If you understand the value of personalised attention and know how to treat even the most extraordinarily different experiences with the same rich level of customer service you may just be the person we are looking for!A Tailor is responsible for altering staff uniforms and repairing guest items to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while liaising with laundry suppliers and ensuring a uniform deposit system is in place.What will I be doingAs a Tailor you are responsible for altering staff uniforms and repairing guest items to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Tailor will also be required to liaise with laundry suppliers and ensure a uniform deposit system is in place. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:To repair uniforms linen beddings upholstery minor repair curtains napkins and table cloths to assure proper fit and maintain good condition consistent with high standards of quality.To assist and alter guest garments / suits as requested by inhouse guests.Assure proper issuance and distribution of employee uniform with the help of laundry team if required.Support sustainibilty program by recycling discarded linen / towels to dusters or as suggested by Asst Laundry Manager / Executive Housekeeper.Assist new joining team members by providing unforms.Place new order for uniforms and shoes.Assist laundry by making pressing machines padding inhouse.Ability to do embroidery work if needed.Ability arrive to work on time and when scheduled.Ability to operate washer and dryer equipment if needed.Physically able to move / lift large heavy objects such as: Uniform railing trolley with linen.Physically able to hang uniforms on conveyor and remove to distribute to team members.Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form over the phone or in person.Ability to learn follow and enforce standards for cleanliness as they apply to the uniform room areaAbility to follow all safety procedures/standards and able to recognize and act in emergency situationsOther duties as assigned such as assisting laundry team.Other duties as assigned such as assisting in linen inventory and issuing new linen.Required Experience:Intern Key Skills Financial Services,Financial Models,Account Management,General Ledger Accounts,ERP,Payroll,External Auditors,Customer Relationships,Credit Card,Financial Statements,Business Units,Annual Budget,Income,New Clients,Financial Management Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
